About the Role

We are looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Social Media Executive to join our team at DIAASA. You will be the voice of our brand across all digital platforms, driving engagement, community building, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing social media for beauty, cosmetics, or wellness brands and knows exactly how to make products pop on feeds and reels.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Posting: Plan, schedule, and execute daily social media posting across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.

• Beauty Aesthetics: Maintain a premium, aesthetically pleasing, and cohesive brand feed that aligns with beauty industry standards.


• Trend Mastery: Stay ahead of beauty trends, viral audio, memes, and platform algorithm updates to ensure high reach and discoverability.


• Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to DMs and comments, and build a loyal, interactive community of beauty enthusiasts.


• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, and generate monthly reports to refine our social strategy.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, specifically with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

• Design & Editing Skills: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar tools for creating aesthetic photos and short-form videos.


• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, creator tools, and social media best practices.


• Communication: Exceptional copywriting and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand captions.
